About St Martin's

At St Martin’s we believe that our school community develops in a manner consistent with the spirit of Saint Dominic and the principles that promote positive relationships in classrooms, school, and the broader community, as stated through our Vision and Mission – St Martin’s is an inclusive Catholic community unified by the hopes and dreams that we value for our children.

We recognize that our school community has a responsibility to all children in our care to provide an environment that supports their learning and development as life long learners by providing quality educational opportunities in a caring and supportive environment.

Our teaching and learning philosophy encompasses a “We Can Work It Out” belief as the basis for developing a community of inclusion where everyone belongs. Children, parents and staff collaboratively work together to meet the school covenant which includes Respect for Self, Respect for Others and Respect for Property.

Whether you are present members, or prospective members, of our community, we hope that our partnership will be happy and rewarding. We look forward to working with you to provide the best possible educational opportunities for your children.

St Martin's is proud to have published a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to strengthen relationships, respect and opportunities in the classroom, around the school and with the community. A copy of our RAP can be accessed here. To learn more, visit: reconciliation.org.au/narragunnawali.
